The Tag Manager tool itself (which implements the tags) is a cookie-less domain and does not collect personally identifiable information. The tool triggers other tags, which may collect data. 7. Use of social media plugins

(1) At the moment, we are using the following social media plugins: [Facebook, Google+, Twitter, Slideshare, LinkedIn, Vimeo]. We use the so-called ‘two-clicks solution’, i.e. when you visit our website, personal data is as a rule not forwarded to the providers of these plugins. You can identify the provider of the plugin by the marking on the grayed box with the help of the initial letter. Data that can be related to you personally will only be transmitted when you click on one of the plugins. Activation of a plugin will cause data to be transmitted automatically to the respective plugin provider and to be stored there (at US-American providers in the USA). We have no influence on the data acquired and the data processing and we do not know the full extent of data acquisition, the purposes and the storage periods. As the plugin provider acquires data in particular by means of cookies, we recommend deleting all cookies using the security settings of your browser before you click on the grayed box.

(2) When you activate a plugin, the plugin provider is informed that you have accessed the respective sub-page of our website. In addition, the data mentioned in this Statement is transmitted; in the case of Facebook and Xing, only an anonymized IP address is gathered, according to the respective providers. 8 Facebook Custom Audiences

(1) The Website also uses the remarketing feature “Custom Audiences” of Facebook Inc. (“Facebook”). 10 Inclusion of YouTube videos

(1) We have included YouTube videos in our online offering, which are stored on http://www.YouTube.com and are directly playable from our website. These are all incorporated in the “extended privacy mode”, i. that you do not transfer data about you as a user to YouTube if you are not playing the videos. Only when you play the videos, the data mentioned in paragraph 2 will be transmitted. We have no influence on this data transfer.

(2) By visiting the website, YouTube receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. 12 Adobe Type Kit

Typekit is a service we use that provides access to a font library. The use of cookies is not required.

The service allows us to integrate the fonts we use on the website. To do this, your web browser needs to connect to an Adobe server in the US and download the font you need. This will give Adobe notice that your website has been accessed through your IP address.

Adobe has complied with the EU-US Privacy Shield, which ensures an appropriate level of data protection for data processing in the United States. 11 DoubleClick by Google

(1) This website also uses the online marketing tool DoubleClick by Google. DoubleClick uses cookies to serve ads that are relevant to users, to improve campaign performance reports, or to prevent a user from seeing the same ads multiple times. Google uses a cookie ID to determine which ads are running in which browser and can prevent them from being displayed multiple times. In addition, DoubleClick uses cookie IDs to track conversions related to ad requests. 13 Pingdom

We use the monitoring service Pingdom from Solarwinds. This service sets you cookies that are stored on the computer and that allows an analysis of the use of the website.

In this case, data, in particular the IP address and activities of the users can be transmitted to a server of the company Solarwinds in the USA and stored there. You can prevent the collection and transfer of personal data (especially your IP address) and the processing of this data by disabling the execution of Java Script in your browser or installing a tool such as “NoScript”.

The use of Pingdom takes place in the interest of a continuous content and technical optimization of the website. (1) Apart from the content of our website provided for information only, we also offer various services which you can use if you are interested.
